Step 1: Requirement Discovery Meeting

Our friendly customer success managers will arrange a discovery session with you to understand your medical record management needs and suggest quick win improvements.

Step 2: Record Collection & Digitisation

When you are ready to proceed, our logistics team will drop off industrial grade boxes at your location for you to pack your records. The boxes are then sealed and secured, ready for retrieval back to our scanning facility.

Your records will then be scanned and checked thoroughly in compliance with the Singapore Evidence Act requirements.

Step 3: Digital Record Handover

Once the records are digitised, we will provide you with access to your very own electronic document archival account to review these digital records.

PHASE 2: ANNOTATION PLATFORM

Step 1: Requirement Discovery Meeting

Our friendly customer success managers will arrange a discovery session with you to understand how we can help to optimise your clinic’s operational workflow.

Step 2: Configuring The Annotation Platform

Our team will integrate all scanned medical records seamlessly into the annotation platform.

We will also assist in designing and uploading digital versions of the forms/notes used at your clinic onto the platform.

Step 3: Onboarding & Handover

Post-configuration, our customer success managers will provide two onsite education sessions on how to utilise our platform effectively.
