Records Scanning

Records are scanned at 300 DPI, after which the success team will check that each and every page is compliant with the Singapore Evidence Act regulations. After ensuring that all pages are complaint, the digital scans are uploaded into our archival platform.

Vault Dragon signs an NDA with all our partner clinics before collecting any medical records.

On top of that, our system uses AES in-flight encryption. All patient data are encrypted when they are sitting in our database. Before leaving the database, the data is encrypted once again, so that transmission and processing in our servers is secure. AES encryption is the same standard of security used for banks and government data. Our products are built to protect the integrity and privacy of patient data, per both HIPAA and Singapore’s PDPA.

Once your records are scanned by Vault Dragon, your digital records are deemed admissible in the Singapore court of law to be as good as the physical copy. In other words, you will be allowed to destroy your physical records once we are done scanning for you.

The boxes are industrial grade, waterproof boxes. Our boxes are 60cm (L) X 38.6cm (W) X 35.6cm (H) in size. It can store up to approximately 4,000 A4 sheets.
We target to finish digitalising each box within 4 business days of its pickup.

Annotation Platform

Currently, our annotation application is only available on Android devices. However, both iOS and Window Surface versions will be ready early 2017.
Vault Dragon usually help clinic procure the tablet at retail price to accelerate the configuration processes. We will always provide the clinic with the procurement receipt.

Yes. You can implement the usual password lock on your tablet.

Vault Dragon can also lock the tablet to your clinic’s network, thus if the tablet is not within your clinic’s network range, it will be locked out.

In the unfortunate event that you lose your tablet, we will remotely lock you annotation system to prevent data breach.


Practice Management System

Get in touch with us so that we can determine whether we can import existing data from your system to our Practice Management System. We can currently import most clinic data from several different popular Singapore clinic management software, including Clinic Assist, Gloco, Medi2000, and Practo.

Patient medical data does not belong to electronic clinic management software vendors, it belongs to patients and the doctors that care for them.

There is no limit to the amount of inventory that you can upload.
Vault Dragon can set up a local hosting solution at your clinic upon request. This is to ensure that your clinic will still be able to run our Practice Management System seamlessly in the unlikely event that your network is disrupted.
